There are a proposed 284 apartment units on the site, separated into two buildings.

The first, containing the majority of the units, is an S-shaped building along Church Street. This shape will allow two ground-level courtyards for the multifamily amenity package. Parking will be accessible by a third floor bridge to the parking deck. Residential parking is reserved in the upper levels of the parking deck, leaving the lower levels available for grocery and commercial uses.

The second building, containing multifamily units, will line the corner of Wade Hampton Boulevard and East Stone Avenue. These units will be located above ground-level retail space. They will share an internal courtyard with the retail spaces and have direct access to the parking deck on a floor-by-floor basis.

RETAIL

The commercial space will be located in four separate buildings, with pinnacle space of approximately 53,000sf hosting the grocer located at the intersection of Wade Hampton Boulevard and North Church Street.

Additionally, there is an approximately 22,000sf space fronting the northeastern corner of Wade Hampton Boulevard and East Stone Avenue. This retail space will be accessed from spacious, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks along both roads and have internal access to the courtyard and parking deck.

The final retail spaces will be small buildings located on the northwestern corner of East Stone Avenue and Wade Hampton Boulevard and the southeast corner of East Stone Avenue and Column Street. This commercial building will have sufficient parking on site.

The NorthPointe Project Development team consists of two companies with over 80 years of property development and leasing experience. Central Realty Holdings is responsible for overall property development and retail. ECI Group, based in Atlanta, GA, lends their expertise to the residential opportunities.

Architectural designs are envisioned by Davis Architects out of Atlanta, GA.
